SUNDAY 1.9.2024 was the most special Sunday our team Integray L27 ever experienced in its 5 year history and will always be remembered by us our fans and our sport community.
In one day we won on 3 beautiful events and there was one more personal dream result achieved by our rider Vladimír Uličný. Top 10 (9.place) in Denmark, UCI amateur world championships in cycling.
Robert Hula won Lawi Tour Classic road race in a very dramatic edition. This race includes many off road sectors and its always hard not to have a mechanical problem or puncture. Two of our riders were gone early in the race due to tire punctures and Robert remained alone facing numerous opponents from other teams. He was really strong, luck was on his side and celebrated victory that connected to my success from 2019 where i won this beautiful dramatic event.
Petr Fiala on the same day competed and won in Lawi Tour gravel edition race, which was also final race of czech gravel cup. He broke his incredible serie of misfortune in gravel events he had to deal with this year in the best way possible becoming a winner and showing his qualities and potential in this discipline. He also secured a national team spot for upcoming elite world championships in Belgium this October.
Petr Vakoč won on the same day in Italy UCI Gravel World Series event. He had a lot of bad luck previous months in USA and hoped to proove his qualities and defend his victory from last year in this demanding UCI event! It was a hot day and fullgas racing from the start. Petr was not sure during the race if he can beat his strongest rivals but in the final climbs he felt they are becoming a little bit more tired and was able to ride away and win with a strong 2´ margin! His condition is incredible after training in altitude in USA and we look forward to his performances in the following races during September and October.
